50 – CHANGE, SACRIFICING FOR ART AND VIDEOGAME ADDICTION

Something changed after last weeks fast of not eating any food for 50 hours, because ever since I’ve felt like a different person. It’s Time for Change, and this episode is all about it, Sacrifice and dealing with Videogame Addiction. It’s also episode 50, so to celebrate, I filmed this one in front of the webcam for YouTube. Woohoo! Hope you like this one :)

49 – MY 48 HOUR FASTING EXPERIENCE

What’s it like to not eat anything for over 2 days? Time to find out, as I record my thoughts during a 48 hour fast. This was something I’ve wanted to try for ages, but it ended up being totally different to what I expected. I also talk about Realistic Pencil blending with Tortillions, Dreams, The Twits by Roald Dahl, and I share a tasty Hot Chocolate tip you won’t want to miss lol Hope you like this belly rumbling episode :)

48 – AUTOMATIC DRAWING

On this lil episode, I start by sharing an embarrassing story, before jumping into the main topic of the drawing exercise Automatic Drawing. I also revisit a book I read in 2017 called Feel The Fear and Do It Away, by Susan Jeffers, talk about the subconscious and how 95% of the time we don’t even know we’re doing, and finally … the lil art tip looks at the benefits of taking a break :) Hope you like this one.

47 – IS GOD REALLY THE DEVIL?

In this lil episode, I share a theory that’s been on my mind for about a year now … has our Reality been Sabotaged? Are we inside a Virtual Reality? Is God really the Devil? I also talk about Remote Viewing, Precognitive Dreams and a few other tings. Hope you find this one interesting :)

46 – IT’S-A ME, MARIO! … A BRAIN DUMP EPISODE

This lil episode is one of them brain dump ones, where I just talk about tings currently on my mind, like: Dealing with Burnout, Finding Balance, Playing Videogames, the link between Spirituality and Art, Meditation, Dreaming, Social Anxiety … I also talk about a couple of books, one called Discover Your Psychic Powers by Tara Ward and another called Daily Rituals by Mason Curry. Hope you like this one :)
