20 – OVERWHELM

Bonkers is how I’d sum up this past week, as well as this weeks lil podcast … it’s all about Overwhelm; something I got hit with this past few weeks. I talk about –

• Remembering Why I started Drawing
• How Swimming has been teaching me a lot of life lessons
• Flotation Tanks, and how they’ve been highlighting just how tense my body is …
