In this one I cover the third and final Playful lil Austin Kleon Art Book called, Keep Going by Austin Kleon. Just like the previous two books, this one’s incredible; So Inspiring, Motivating and Fun. Each book is amazing on it’s own, but put them all together and you have a family of three lil beauties. The bright blue cover of Keep Going is nice and Simple, but very Sexy, just like every single page of the book. If you’ve struggled with staying Motivated, Enjoying the Creative Process, or even Keeping a Balanced Life … this book has tons of Fun, Practical Advice and Exercises on how to keep going. Hope you love this one as much as I do :)

Another Beautfully Inspiring lil Art Book, this one’s Show Your Work by Austin Kleon! Just like last weeks book, Steal Like An Artist also by Austin Kleon, I’m thinking this is going into my list of my all time favourite art books … Super Fun and Inspiring it is. The bright yellow cover’s sexy too :) But the thing is, I’ve always struggled with sharing my stuff on social media for various reasons, and this book’s already helping me. I’m going to reread this one many times I think, because it’s full of so much practical knowledge. Hope you have fun with this one :)

I love it, I have a feeling in years to come, Steal Like An Artist by Austin Kleon, will go down as one of my all time favourite art books … it’s So Simple, yet So Inspiring. For this weeks episode, I takes a look at the book Lucid Dreaming : Gateway to the Inner Self, by Robert Waggoner. It’s a book I recently finished, and found to be a very fascinating deep dive into the world of Lucid Dreaming. I also talk about this cat that keeps jumping in the window bringing me dead mice and birds, a Dream where I’m sure I Saw the Spirit of a Dead Bird pass over, and there’s a bit about Automatic Writing too. What’s it like to not eat anything for over 2 days? Time to find out, as I record my thoughts during a 48 hour fast. This was something I’ve wanted to try for ages, but it ended up being totally different to what I expected.
