In this About The Tings episode, I talks about some Meditation Experiences, including: Facing A Fear Creature that resulted in 24 hours of Panic Attacks, and a Deep one that’s super hard to explain, but it was like Hugging an Endlessly Expanding Hug, resulting in a Feeling of Pure Love that lasted ages! I also talk about Why Sketching in Crappy Sketchbooks is a good idea, a Lucid Dreaming Stabilisation Technique Steve Job and I Created within a Lucid Dream lol, how Lucid Dreaming is like a Fear Playground, and there’s a bit about the Fear of Success.
