103 – THE WAKE UP CALL

Wakey Wakey! Can you hear that? I never planned to talk about this topic, but it popped into my head, so I went with it … on this episode I talk about The Virus, and how I see it as The Wake Up Call We All Need.

Something I’ve realised over the past few years is that Change is Hard; the Transition from Old to New is super Uncomfortable, but I see this lil period we’re in right now as a Beautiful Opportunity for us Humans to Learn and Grow, and hopefully Come Together.
