Last weekend I was deleting stuff off my TiVo box, and I started up a film called Mysterious Skin. I was gonna delete it, but I ended up watching it all, it was such a good film! While watching, this one actress came on, it was Michelle Trachtenberg, and I decided right there and then, she would be my next drawing :) I struggled so much trying to do her hair as she’s got it in a right mess lol I also spent all week looking forward to drawing her eyes, as I’ve been learning about drawing eyelashes, and then I got over excited and made her eyelashes too big, doh! Practice Practice Practice!!!
“The core for everything is to be grateful. It’s literally as simple as that.“
– Michelle Trachtenberg

“I’m a massive daydreamer. I’m constantly lost within my own fantasies and my own thoughts personally, and I think maybe that is sort of represented in what we do for a living, the fact that we make believe everything and we escape into these other characters for a living.” – Emily Browning
“I really think it’s important and is why Rocky Horror has stood the test of time. It’s been around for 43 years. It’s liberating: the audience can come along, release themselves and dress up.” – Diana Vickers
“A scar indicates that something is missing. You lost something important, and there’s a hole in your heart. Having that empty hole can lead to anger, hate, despair, or. . .it can make you reach for the sky” – Kurasaki Fuuko, Accel World
“Who are you?
Are you in touch with all of your darkest fantasies?
Have you created a life for yourself where you can experience them?
I have. I am fucking crazy.
But I am free.” – Lana Del Rey
“Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.”
