This drawing took me 3 weekends from start to finish, but in total I would say it really took me about 25 hours. It is of the beautiful Miranda Kerr, she was the first person I drew more than once, having drawn her once before back in 2013. This was also the first time I ever tried to add a proper background to a drawing. It was actually really fun but it came with a new problem, how to draw light hair on a dark background… I think I need more practice lol

“Who are you?
Are you in touch with all of your darkest fantasies?
Have you created a life for yourself where you can experience them?
I have. I am fucking crazy.
But I am free.” – Lana Del Rey
“A scar indicates that something is missing. You lost something important, and there’s a hole in your heart. Having that empty hole can lead to anger, hate, despair, or. . .it can make you reach for the sky” – Kurasaki Fuuko, Accel World
“Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.”
