I think this is the most out there lil episode I’ve done so far lol This weeks podcast was supposed to be about the art challenge Inktober, which starts tomorrow, but that all changed after a Lucid Dream I had this morning.
Something that’s always bothered me, is Why are some people born Transgender? I came up with a theory this morning after a False Awakening, which is where you have a dream that you wake up from a dream and get out of bed, only to realise that you’re actually still dreaming; a Dream within a Dream.
It only lasted a few seconds, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it all morning and it made me wonder, What if we’re inside of a Dream right now, What if we each have a Creator whose fast asleep in their own lil bed dreaming us into existence as we speak lol… and What if that’s got something to do with our Gender, and Why some people are born Transgender.
So this weeks podcast is all about a Theory I have of how Lucid Dreaming and Gender may be Linked. I also talk about another Lucid Dream I had last week, and also these weird worm hole vivid visual things that I have no clue what they are, but they fascinate me so much.
So this one’s mostly about the tings this week, but there is a bit of Art on the show, like a bonus lil Art Challenge I set for you, of going into your local art shop during the week and Picking up a Random Art Tool You’ve Never Used Before, so you can go home and have some fun playing and experimenting with it :) which links in nicely with…
lil ART TIP TIME
ALWAYS TRY NEW THINGS … or tings :)
With Inktober starting tomorrow, I’ve been playing around with some new Art Tools, and it made me realise. It’s really important to try new tings, because iwhen you do, that’s when you have the most fun, because you don’t know what you’re doing lol so you can just Play and Experiment :)
Hope you like this one. If you have any tips or questions about Lucid Dreaming and those Vivid Wormhole things, this weeks lil Art Tip, or if you have any questions/topics you’d like discussed in future episodes, please get in touch. This week I talk about my first time floating in a float tank … one of the strangest experiences I’ve ever have. I recorded this one down the park, and just as I was finishing up, the episode got gate crashed by a bloke called Nick playing a guitar … so this one gets very random at the end :)
Drawing Erasers are not just for erasing mistakes, they can be just as much a drawing tool as a pencil :) Join me for episode Four of the So Free Art Podcast, where I talk about my Best Drawing Erasers for Realistic Pencil Drawing. Including my favourite: Plastic Eraser, Kneaded Eraser, Battery Operated Eraser and the Tombow Mono Zero Eraser Pen :)
This lil one is all about Inktober, and some of the tings I’ve learnt over the first 5 days. I talk about how Scary it can be to Commit to an Ink Line knowing you can’t Erase it, Some of my Smudging Struggles and how Pencil Drawing seems to be the most important Art skill. The lil Art Tip is how a scrap piece of paper can be used to help check your Proportions when Drawing, and I throw in a lil bit about Consciousness at the end, and how I think the future could be the past :)
I think this is the most out there lil episode I’ve done so far lol Something that’s always bothered me, is Why are some people born Transgender? I came up with a Theory this morning after a Lucid Dream, and it made me wonder, What if we’re inside of a Dream right now, and what if that’s got something to do with why some people are born Transgender. There’s also the lil Art Tip, which is about the fun of trying new things … and there’s even a bonus lil Art Challenge for you to do this week too :) Woohoo!
On this episode I talk about Self Doubt, and how I’m starting to realise, with the help of Lucid Dreaming and Automatic Writing, that Self Doubt is a fear that shouldn’t be something to run away from, but instead embraced, with the Loving arms of Action.
This lil one’s all about Gesture Drawing; I talk about why it’s my most fun drawing exercise, how online resources QuickPoses.com and Croquis Cafe can help improve your Gesture Drawing skills, and there’s this weeks lil Art Tip, which is Gesture Drawing related. We also have a new feature this week in Book Book Time :) where I’ll be looking at a different book each episode, and this weeks Book Book changed my life, it’s Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How To Lose Your Mind And Create A New One, by Dr Joe Dispenza. Hope you like this one :)
This lil episode’s all about planning, something I’ve been doing a lot of lately with my Passion Planner and Wunderlist App. I talk about some of the stuff that seems to be working, and tings that aren’t going quite according to plan. There’s also a new feature this episode, called the Fascinating Fact … where I share a fascinating fact about something to do with Art, Spirituality, Transitioning and Stuff like that. Hope you like this one :)
This lil episode is all about copying other artists work, not the naughty kind of copying, but the drawing exercise that’s a fun way to play and learn at the same time :) We also have a new ‘lil art tips’ feature joining the podcast this week, woohoo lol
This lil episode is about how Making Art should be Fun, and a time to Play. I realised something this week, I don’t enjoy realistic pencil drawings as much as I used to, which scared me at first until I realised, if you’re not having fun, stop doing it :) I also share another Lucid Dream experience, and this weeks lil Art Tip is about avoiding eye strain while Digitally Painting :)
