If your heart says it doesn’t feel right, than it isn’t right. Instead of focusing on the fear, focus on the feeling, let the feeling grow, and it will out grow the fear.

I’m realising it’s crunch time for the human race. Thoughts create actions, but will we take control of our thoughts, or let out actions be taken for us?

It’s something that popped into my awareness this morning, after a dream I had last night where I was face to face with my Dad, talking about his inability to accept me as Transgender.
